1. Scope of Services

Khola Enterprises provides Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) broadband, digital cable TV, DTH subscription connections, and related network setups. All services are governed by active subscription packages and typical operational scopes.

Our services are delivered physically via optical fiber cabling and DTH antenna setups directly at the customer premises located within Kharkhara, Dharuhera, and surrounding sub-localities in Rewari, Haryana.

2. Connection Installation & Premises Access

To configure a new FTTH or DTH link, we require safe access to your premises to route cabling, mount dish antennae, and install receiver/router units. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain necessary permissions from building associations or owners if required.

Equipment provided on a rental or deposit basis (e.g. ONU optical routers, setup boxes) remains the property of Khola Enterprises. Customers must return the equipment in functional condition upon connection termination.

3. Billing & Subscription Renewals

• Subscription Plans: Billing is generated based on your active plan (e.g. Starter Fiber, DTH premium channels, or hybrid packages).
• Taxes: Subscriptions are subject to applicable taxes (18% GST) under telecom services.
• Payment Processing: Online bill payments and plan renewals are processed securely via our aggregator gateway, Cashfree Payments.
• Suspension for Overdue Accounts: We reserve the right to temporarily disconnect or suspend internet routing and DTH signals if account renewals remain unpaid beyond 7 calendar days from the billing due date.

4. Refund & Cancellation Terms

Broadband and DTH lines can be deactivated or cancelled at any time by notifying our support desk. Refund guidelines for advances or equipment deposits are detailed separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime connection across our fiber ring network, Khola Enterprises is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by physical fiber cable cuts by third-party road constructions, grid power failures, bad weather conditions blocking DTH satellite signals, or general client-side equipment damage.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Khola Enterprises and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on kholaenterprises.in. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not copy, sell, or rent content from this website without explicit authorization.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our broadband or cable services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rewari, Haryana, India.
